The London Unity Cup is a knock-out competition to supplement the LUL.
In previous seasons each round has been a two-legged affair, but for the 2009/2010 season it reverts to just one-leg per round.
Last year, London Falcons defeated Stonewall FC at Staines Town FC and we hope that for 2009/2010 we can secure a similar venue for the final.
