Due to the sharp increase in teams for the 2009/2010 LUL campaign, the league format has changed.

Teams will play each other once – either home or away in a ‘Six Nations’ style format.

The league season kicks off on Sunday 30th August, with a game roughly once a month through to May 2010. Additionally, there are cup games in the calendar.

With nine teams in the league, one team “sits out” a round of fixtures per matchday.
